The fourth in our new series of faster Virtual Jog/Bike Ride DVDs has a 59 minute widescreen virtual tour
along the Loch Etive near the seaport city of Oban, in the western part of Scotland. Filmed at speeds of
10 to 15 mph, it's the perfect accessory for your treadmill, spinner, recumbent or upright bike.

Just place it in a DVD player, step onto your treadmill or exercise bike, and instantly
you will be traveling at 10 to 15 mph through one of the most beautiful scenic areas in western Scotland.

Your entire ride was filmed beside the Loch Etive, inhabited by humans since the Mesolithic era.
This Scottish region is near the Pass of Brander, Ben Cruachan, and Ben Starav: an area historically linked
with Clans MacDougall and Campbell, and with King Robert I.

Filmed in Widescreen with a High Definition* television camera, you'll experience (at 10 to 15 mph)
a springtime landscape featuring ancient rock walls, white hawthorne trees dripping with mayflowers, gorse
and remnants of the oak forests of the 1600s.

This is not a traditional travel video.
The television camera is constantly moving you forward, transporting the viewer
along the shore of Loch Etive.

You are "experiencing" the natural coastline of western Scotland
on a beautiful spring day in May. This is a view which few cyclists ever get to enjoy...

The 59 minute virtual bike ride or jog is accompanied by the natural sounds
just as they were recorded in Stereo along the western coast of Scotland.

Exercising has never been easier or more enjoyable!

And this DVD is so rich in details
that you will notice something new every time you view it.

But you don't have to have an exercise bike or treadmill
to enjoy this DVD.

It also makes the perfect gift for people who want
to experience Scotland in a totally unique way:
a way not possible with traditional travel videos.

A Description of the Jog/Bike Ride on this DVD

The first part of your 59 minute virtual ride or jog begins beside an old stone farmhouse on Loch Etive, northeast of Oban, Scotland.

As you leave the farm, you pass the indigenous evergreen gorse, in full bloom, before pausing at a green meadow filled with sheep.

The narrow road winds ahead through verdant foliage and soon you get your first view of Loch Etive, over 15 miles in length.

In mid-May, when this virtual experience DVD was filmed, spring flowers were in full bloom.

This narrow road parallels the beautiful Loch Etive.

The scenic road offers the jogger or cyclist a series of visual treats.

And from time to time, the camera pauses for a few moments to take in the scenery.

The camera passes an old stone church on its journey around the shore of Loch Etive.

Rhododendron are in bloom and the ferns and grasses are lush.

Again, from time to time the camera pauses for a few moments to enjoy the views.

The winding road passes the ruins of a stone cottage used in the 1960 motion picture "Kidnapped" starring Peter O'Toole .

Your 59 minute virtual tour ends as the road itself ends at the shore of Loch Etive.

And remember, this DVD makes a unique gift for family and friends!
